What is NOT included in my monthly monitoring fee? Laboratory analysis fees, physical cleaning and maintenance of unit(s), disposal fees for contents, annual certification of unit(s).

What is included in my annual certification fee? Sealed certification of your unit(s) by an independent, registered, professional engineer including site visit, visual inspection of your unit(s), review of monthly compliance documentation and issuance of  the documents package confirming monthly compliance and annual certification required to confirm compliance with your storm water pollution prevention plan and to facilitate the annual renewal of your storm water quality management permit.

What is NOT included in my annual certification fee? Laboratory analysis fees, physical cleaning and maintenance of unit(s), disposal fees for contents, monthly monitoring fee of unit(s), physical act of filing for renewal of your storm water quality management permit.

Do I have to use STORM for required maintenance and or laboratory analysis services? No. If you elect to have these services performed by others, STORM requires a $ 100 re-inspection fee to confirm compliance and requires original copies of contents disposal manifests.
